Is food procees engineering a good option to apply for?what is the job prospects in india in this field?

i like to say onething
At very first,noodles was introduced to india but it is a flop.after they understood that indians love spice foods so they add masalas in packet and easy making tips.after that it got big sucess.
Have innovative ideas always.
